Anastasia A. Kellermann LLM, is author of The S-Factor. A Personal Guide to Sustainable Leadership (Business Contact 2006) (in English) and ‘Sustainable Government? Time for Sustainable Leadership (Programme for Learning for Sustainable Development 2006)’ (in Dutch). As a creative combination of an American banker and Dutch artist, she was raised in Switzerland, is fluent in English, Dutch, (Swiss) German, French and speaks basic Spanish. She studied international (environmental) law / sustainable business in Leiden, Nijmegen, Paris, London and New York. Before founding Sustainability Unlimited and later 2LEAD4US, she gained experience as a corporate lawyer in Mergers & Acquisitions and as a CSR manager in the financial sector. She further explored her ideas by interviewing several CEO’s and pioneers in sustainability in The Netherlands prior to writing The S-Factor.

The Dutch Prime Minister Jan Peter Balkenende assigned her second book to all members of the Dutch parliament to explain the government’s intentions with regard to sustainability. Kellermann advises companies, government and individuals on how to integrate sustainability in organisations. As a qualified sustainability expert, trainer and executive coach, she trains and coaches groups and individuals on their way to sustainable leadership and develops programmes.

Kellermann founded and leads 2LEAD4US together with Robert van den Bergh, leadership expert and partner of Ken Blanchard Companies (a worldwide organisation specialised in leadership). 2LEAD4US provides learning programmes to companies and government according to the 4US™ model for creating impact on sustainability through leadership. 2LEAD4US challenges and facilitates leaders to increase their positive impact on person, people, planet and prosperity .  2LEAD4US™: to lead for unlimited sustainability, to lead for us. Leaders learn skills and content to translate sustainability to day-to-day business and activities allowing for sustainability to be integrated in the organization. The best practices resulting from learning programmes create breakthrough thinking, behaviour and action and create beneficial sustainable results inside and outside the organization.

Kellermann is writing a new book with Ken Blanchard (author i.a. of One Minute Manager) on sustainable leadership to be published in 2010. Kellermann continuously invests in new research on the integration of sustainability through leadership to be used in her publications and in 2LEAD4US learning programmes, such as the latest global research among 150 companies. Kellermann is also passionate about writing and speaking on sustainable leadership and writes columns such as for the economics page for The Amsterdam, Hague Times. She initiated a think tank of HR directors and experts to meet and exchange ideas and experiences on sustainable HR policy.
