In February 2010, I started my research for finding the relationship between sustainability and HRM, which is the topic of my thesis. To learn more about the role of HRM with respect to sustainability I contacted 2LEAD4US. I got in contact with Anastasia Kellermann who was willing to help me, and to discover the relationship between sustainability and HRM I went through the process of the 4US™ Model and step by step it all became clearer.
